Massimo Mindlin brings over 25 years of experience within the hospitality industry. Commencing his career first in commercial roles he later obtained his degree in facility management. He has since covered positions of increasing responsibility in facility management and quality assurance. It is in this area of expertise he found his true niche. Massimo draws on a vast amount of experience across many hotels within the industry, managing, training and consulting on all matters related to quality assurance and services.
Taking a root cause analysis approach to quality assurance and services, Massimo aims to empower team members across the Group to develop a solutions oriented mindset, propose ideas and always be on the lookout for ways to improve the guests experience. In addition Massimo develops and delivers training opportunities for his teams at individual and group level.
His belief that working together across all layers of the organization ensures the best results, has transformed many teams during his career to become highly successful, achieving exceedingly positive customer satisfaction results time and again.
